The COPLAN is the Colorado Emergency Radio Plan. This plan is a set of guidelines to help amateur radio public service groups interact more smoothly. It is intended to be a living document, changing and adapting to the needs of the amateur radio public service groups and the agencies they support. Distribution of this plan will be by electronic means only.

Please note: The full COPLAN is reviewed yearly and the date shown above is for that review. Contents of the COPLAN Appendix-B (frequency allocations - by district) may be updated at any of the quarterly EC meetings. As such, the PDF versions will contain the latest "approved" information where the HTML version will have the "proposed changes" included.


The June 09, 2007 version of the COPLAN is now available for downloading or for on-line viewing. It may be viewed as HTML via your browser or downloaded in PDF format.
