USAGE:

This is a general purpose form to help organize yourself while you are
running a net.  Most every thing should be self explanatory.  If not
contact me and I'll add more info in this "USAGE" area.

There are two sections to this form: NET SUMMARY, and CHECK IN
WORKSHEET.  I intended the _O_ as a "check-box", I purposely left off
the check box in the "TRAFFIC Yes" column.  That way you can make a
short note about the Traffic type: AEC, TRAINING, REPORT...etc.  If
there is not enough room there, just make a mark of some kind and use
all that extra white space to the right, anyway you see fit.

Most of all, feel free to adapt this form to meet you operating style.
If you make changes pass them along for possible inclusion into this
form.
